ROCKY MOUNTAIN ROAD TRIP 2010
RIDE WITH MALCOLM SMITH AND JN ROBERTS
Fundraiser Benefiting The Kids Of El Oasis Orphanage

August 16, 2010 — Helena, MT — Join motorcycling legends Malcolm
Smith and JN Roberts for the ride of a lifetime September 8-13, 2010. Set
for JN Roberts’ 1,400-acre ranch in Montana, the event is limited to the
first 20 riders, and the proceeds go to a truly worthy cause (www.
MalcolmSmithMotorsportsFoundation.org). Racing For Life (http://www.
racingforlife.org) has organized this epic event to raise $10,000 to benefit
the Malcolm Smith Motorsports Foundation and the El Oasis Orphanage,
located in Valle de Trinidad, Baja California.

Called the “Rocky Mountain Road Trip 2010” the event will be held at JN’s
private ranch, located about 30 minutes from Helena, Montana. The ranch
features nearly 30 miles of single-track riding through beautiful Rocky
Mountain forests. After three exhilarating days of riding with the two
legends, the caravan will return to Southern California on Monday,
September 13.

Each rider will pay their own way, and will be asked to make a $500
donation directly to the Malcolm Smith Motorsports Foundation. In return,
riders receive a tax deduction receipt. This six day trip is open to anyone
who loves to ride dirtbikes and would love to experience the thrill of a
lifetime riding with JN Roberts and Malcolm Smith for several days in the
Rocky Mountains.

About The Ride
JN Roberts and Malcolm Smith are two of the greatest ambassadors in the
history off-road racing, having won the very first Baja 1000 in 1967,
countless desert races, numerous ISDE medals, international rallies and
many more achievements too numerous to list. In addition to the single-
track trails through woods and river crossings, JN has a 2.5 mile
motocross track. Although this is a working ranch, it is motorcycle
friendly… Instead of opening gates, JN has fitted his ranch with ramps to
jump over the cow fences. Joining in the festivities will be JN’s son, Jimmy
Roberts and the El Oasis Orphanage Marketing Director, Daniel Ixcot.

About The Malcolm Smith Motorsports Foundation
Malcolm Smith Motorsports Foundation commitment is to orphaned
children in communities that champion motorsports events. We endeavor
to provide these children with not only the basic necessities of life; food,
clothing, shelter, education, water, but to encourage their growth in the
arts, the sciences, the trades, and to encourage them and provide for
them through university level education.

It also gives the motorsport community the benefit of making their
contributions tax deductible. “When we began at El Oasis, the first
children to arrive were small, ages 2-4 years old. Today those children
are entering high school and university. It is our goal to provide a higher
education for these children, to assure their self-sufficiency and to give
them the tools they need to be leaders in Baja.”
